Cancellation: Services can be cancelled at any time. however, if the service is been cancelled between the package or during the plan, there will be no refunds. Refunds can only be initiated if the service isn’t been started. In the event of refunds, it will take 5 to 7 business days to credit the amount in the customer’s account. (If a payment fails but is deducted from your account, we will process a refund within 5 to 7 business days.
